Kabarak University Law School is a centre of excellence in legal pedagogy, legal research and legal publications in Kenya and the Eastern Africa region. The Kabarak University Law School is founded on the broader Kabarak University moral philosophy of education in a biblical perspective. It has curved out its niche as good governance. In this context, Kabarak University Law School is distinguishing itself as the good governance academy of Kenya’s legal scholarship.

During its inaugural participation in the All African Human Rights Moot Court Competition hosted by the University of Nairobi in the year 2014, Kabarak University Law School was ranked 4th on the Continent. Early in the year 2014, Kabarak University had also made it to the final rounds of the All Kenyan Moot Court Competition held at Kenyatta University. Kabarak University also made it to the finals of the Kenya National Rounds of the Phillip C Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition hosted at the Kenya School of Law in February 2015. These are real flesh and blood testimonies to the vibrancy of the Kabarak Univesity Law School.
